Ben Affleck was seen out with his assistant Gigi Fouquet days after Jennifer Lopez spoke about their relationship.
During his outing with Gigi in Los Angeles, California, Ben looked serious with an iced coffee in hand. He wore a red jacket with sherpa on the collar over a cream colored button up and white graphic tee under. He paired the look with brown pants and colorful low dunk Nike shoes. Gigi was wearing a black long sleeve shirt with a pair of green cargo pants and a pair of Jordan 1 Mocha’s. The two were arriving to the set of one of his projects.
Jennifer filed for divorce from Ben on Tuesday, August 20, in a Los Angeles County Superior Court. She filed pro per, which means she filed by herself and without an attorney. The date listed for their separation was April 26, 2024, a few months before Bennifer’s second wedding anniversary.

Ben’s spotting comes after Jennifer recently posed for the cover of Interview Magazine. She opened up about her and Ben’s relationship. She admitted to being “excited” by the idea of being on her own and she’s come to terms that relationships don’t always have to have a happy ending.
She said: “Sometimes, Nikki [the interviewer], its going to work out great. And sometimes it wont. And thats fing OK, too. I was thinking about this time in my life, and Im like, Thats not what I thought it was going to turn out like. And then I thought, No, this is exactly where I needed to be, to lead me to where I want to go.'”
Jennifer also revealed that she was happily single and not looking for a new romantic partner for the first time in her life. She described her new outlook on life, saying: “You know what? For people who are romantics and love being in relationships and want to grow old with somebody, we think, ‘I have to have that to be whole and happy.’ And you dont.” She joked: “It only took 30 years.”
A source told the Daily Mail that Ben “would love for her not to talk about it [their relationship].” He also did not know about the interview.
