Kelly Osbourne celebrated her 40th birthday in style at the W Hotel in Los Angeles, flaunting her impressive 85-pound weight loss in a corset that accentuated her slim waist.
The birthday girl looked stunning in a strapless black top with a sweetheart neckline, paired with a pencil skirt and heels, and added a touch of elegance with pearls and a bow-topped blonde updo. Kelly was joined by loved ones, including her mother Sharon Osbourne, as well as close friend Daniel Nguyen and actress Rebel Wilson.
Her remarkable 85-pound weight loss after giving birth to her son Sidney with Slipknot DJ Sid Wilson last year has sparked attention, with many speculating that she used the weight loss drug Ozempic.

However, Kelly has repeatedly denied these rumors, stating in April: “I know everybody thinks I took Ozempic. I did not take Ozempic. I don’t know where that came from. My mom (Sharon Osbourne) took Ozempic.”
While Kelly chose not to use Ozempic, she doesn’t judge those who do, as the medication was initially developed to manage diabetes through injections.
Kelly revealed her weight loss secret to Extra: “I had gestational diabetes and I had to lose the weight that I had gained during pregnancy. Otherwise I was at a higher risk of actually getting diabetes, which I did not want. I cut out sugar and carbohydrates and I rapidly lost weight.”
She also enthused about the drug’s standing in Hollywood during a chat with E! News in January, saying, “I think it’s amazing. There are a million ways to lose weight. Why not do it through something that isn’t as boring as working out?”
Her mother Sharon has openly spoken about her use of the drug, even acknowledging issues with trying to gain weight now.
Kelly went on to say: “People hate on it because they want to do it. And the people who hate on it the most are the people who are secretly doing it or p—— off that they can’t afford it. Unfortunately, right now it’s something that is very expensive, but it eventually won’t be because it actually works.”
Sharon got real about the harsh truth of her experience with Ozempic on The Talk, confessing: “I was very sick for a couple of months. The first couple of months, I just felt nauseous. Every day I felt nauseous, my stomach was upset, whatever.”
Even after shedding 40 pounds, she voiced no regrets regarding the unpleasant side effects. While appearing on Loose Women in January, she admitted: “I don’t regret it. Everything with weight with me was, ‘I want it now’. The injections that I was on worked, but it just seems that now I can’t put anything on really.”
