The Duke of tats?
Prince Harry joked he wanted a lower back or ass tattoo during a hilarious promo video with singer Jelly Roll for his upcoming Invictus Games.
The clip, shared on Instagram Tuesday, began with the Duke of Sussex sitting in a tattoo chair, waiting for his artist to arrive inside the East Side Ink tattoo shop in New York City.
Is he going to be here any time soon? Harry, 40, asked an unknown man, who replied, Oh, yes. He should be here very promptly.
Moments later, Jelly Roll, born Jason Bradley DeFord, walked in and put on a pair of black gloves.
Hey, hey! Tattoos. Speaking of, whats up man? the country singer, 39, said to the royal.
Im such a fan, dude, Jelly Roll added while shaking Harrys hand.
Do you know I could not believe it when they called me and told Prince Harry wanted to get a tattoo today and he wanted me to give him his first tattoo?
A surprised Harry asked the Wild Ones singer why he was wearing gloves.
Jelly replied, Were giving you a tattoo about the Invictus Games.
Harry told the crooner that he didnt come to the shop to get new ink but to instead ask Jelly to do the Invictus Games, which are set to take place in Vancouver in February 2025.
Theres no tattoo in this. I cant get a tattoo, the youngest son of Princess Diana and King Charles III said.
The Need a Favor singer then told Harry that he would play the Invictus Games if he allowed him to give him his first tattoo.
Aight, screw it. Lets go, Harry responded.
Where do you want it? Here? he asked while pointing to his butt.
When the four-time Grammy nominee suggested Harry get the new ink on his neck, the Spare author shared a better idea.
I was thinking like, my lower back or my ass, he said.
When Jelly told Harry that nobody wants to see his ass, Meghan Markles husband replied, Thats the place where no ones going to see it.
The Save Me singer then jokingly tattooed, I am Jelly Roll, on Harrys neck.
After the dad of two shockingly saw the faux tattoo of Jellys name on his neck, the country singer quickly ran out of the room.
The video concluded with a message about Jelly performing live at the Invictus Games closing ceremony on Feb. 16.
