A group of tourists on safari in Africa captured the sʜᴏᴄᴋing footage of a python, honey badger, and two jackals ғɪɢʜᴛing. In Chobe Park, Bᴏᴛsᴡᴀɴᴀ, Roselyne Kerjosse witnessed the breathtaking battle to the ᴅᴇᴀᴛʜ. The honey badger was engulfed by a python that was wrapping its entire body around it when the 60-year-old started recording.
Fortunately for the badger, two jackals intervened in the battle and ᴀᴛᴛᴀᴄᴋed the snake, allowing the helpless animal to escape the coils of ᴅᴇᴀᴛʜ.
Then the snake was dragged over the ground by the jackals and honey badgers. The honey badger was initially saved by the jackals, but the animal rapidly turned against them. The honey badger was seen driving the two jackals away from the python in the video before winning the struggle.
Chobe Park is home to Africa’s greatest elephant population, with a population of about 120,000. Large herds of buffalo are frequently seen, and the river is home to a great deal of hippos. Even among the larger creatures, there are numerous giraffes to be seen. Cheetah and the ᴇɴᴅᴀɴɢᴇʀed African wild dog can be seen in the more open ɢʀᴀssland areas around Savuti, while leopards are frequently seen in the forested riverine areas. The park is home to numerous mammals, such as warthogs, baboons, and mongooses, as well as several reptiles and more than 450 different species of birds.
