In the dilapidated leaf house, a young girl with a penguin-like body dragged her large sandals on the ground while resting the broom stretcher against her cheek and holding the broom with her other hand. Mrs. Cho shed all of her tears while thinking of you, but her impoverished family intended to allow strangers to abduct her poor grandchild. However, she could not stand to give up her nipple, so she decided to raise Thao.

As soon as Thao saw a visitor approaching her home, she put away her broom and hurried over to say greeting. Mrs. Ly Thi Cho (68 years old, Thao’s grandmother) explained that Thao has had four deformed extremities since she was in the womb: “When my daughter was pregnant with Thao, I had numerous ultrasounds with her doctor. According to the doctor, the fetus was developing typically, so the family was extremely pleased. When she gave birth, the doctor informed her family of her disability and escorted her to the electric steam room. I cried a lot upon hearing this, but I believed the infant had a minor disability in his arms and legs. But when I came in and saw the infant fighting for its life, its limbs and legs were missing and its head was like a gourd; I fainted instantly.”
