Leonardo DiCaprio has distanced himself from Diddy after photos of him attending one of the music mogul’s infamous ‘white parties’ were leaked. A source close to the Titanic star said he had not had any contact with the rapper for years.
The source told the Daily Mail: “Leonardo DiCaprio attended a few parties in the early 2000s but there were a lot of people there. They weren’t weirdos.”
The Great Gatsby star was in the early stages of his career and had moved past his partying phase. “He’s not involved and it’s ridiculous for anyone to think he’s being dragged into this mess based on a couple of blurry photos that are over 20 years old,” the source said. “The 49-year-old is focused on his career and his relationship at the moment. He has absolutely no interest in Diddy’s case, which he has nothing to do with.”
In addition to party photos, Leonardo DiCaprio and rapper Diddy were also photographed together at the 2004 Democratic National Convention. Prior to that, the Titanic star was seen dancing alongside Diddy at the rapper’s 50th birthday party in 2019.

Combs White parties were held at the rapper’s East Hampton home, frequented by some of America’s most famous people, including A-list entertainers. In addition to Leonardo DiCaprio, other stars featured in the viral photos include Jennifer Lopez (who was Diddy’s girlfriend at the time), Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, and Mariah Carey, according to Page Six.
Last week, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was arrested and charged with extortion, sex trafficking, and human trafficking for prostitution. The 54-year-old rapper is accused of forcing women to perform elaborate and bizarre sex acts. Diddy pleaded not guilty to all charges at a Manhattan court hearing on September 17. He is currently in custody after a judge denied his request to be released on $50 million bail.

Although the indictment does not detail any details about the Hamptons parties, rumors and photos of Diddy’s decade-old parties began circulating shortly after the rapper’s arrest.
There is no indication that Leonardo DiCaprio or any other celebrities who attended the parties knew about the alleged drug use or debauchery for which Diddy is being charged.
