Ligue 1: Monaco Marks 100th Anniversary with Thrilling Victory.

In Ligue 1, leaders Paris Saint-Germain and second-placed Monaco both secured victories to remain level on points at the top, with PSG holding the edge on goal difference. PSG triumphed over Rennes 3-1, thanks to a standout performance from Bradley Barcola, who scored twice and now leads the league with six goals.

Monaco celebrated their centenary in style, wearing a black kit to honor their original 1924 jersey. They clinched a dramatic 2-1 victory against Montpellier with a 98th-minute winner from Lamine Camara. Manager Adi Hutter expressed his joy, noting the emotional atmosphere shared with former players and coaches, including Arsène Wenger.

In other matches, Jonathan David shone for Lille, scoring a hat-trick in their 3-0 win against Le Havre. Meanwhile, Strasbourg handed Marseille their first defeat of the season, winning 1-0 under manager Liam Rosenior.

The excitement continues to build in Ligue 1 as teams vie for early-season supremacy!
