Reese Witherspoon Celebrates Son Deacon’s 21st Birthday with Sweet Throwback Snap: ‘You Light Up My Life’.Linh

Reese Witherspoon is showing her love for her son on a big birthday.

On Wednesday, Oct. 23, The Morning Show star, 48, celebrated her son Deacon‘s 21st birthday on Instagram, sharing a few snaps of the mother-son duo in a sweet tribute post. The proud mom first posts a throwback picture of herself with a much younger Deacon, who’s rocking a sports jersey and short, blonde hair. Witherspoon then shares a recent flick of the two smiling big outside at a restaurant.

“Can’t believe that this amazing young man is turning 21!!” the mom of three writes in her caption. “Happy birthday, @deaconphillippe 🤍”

She continues, “You came into my life to bring me joy, wisdom, and so much love 🥰 you light up my life with your beautiful spirit! I love you so much. 💙”

Deacon shared his love for his mom right back in the comment section, writing, “Love u❤️❤️.” Kate Hudson also wished the 21-year-old a happy birthday, commenting, “21!🎂 HBD ❤️.”

The actress shares Deacon and daughter Ava Phillippe, 25, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe. She’s also a mom to son Tennessee James, 12, whom she shares with her ex Jim Toth.

Witherspoon recently celebrated Tennessee’s 12th birthday with a sentimental Instagram tribute post on Friday, Sept. 27.

In the post, she shared a cute mother-son snap of her and Tennessee smiling at the camera. The actress, who wore a black shirt with an orange sweater, could be seen wrapping an arm around her son as he posed in a blue shirt with a white flower print.
